What costs are included in the price of the Giveaway Assistant service?

The service fee covers the management and execution of the giveaway, including creating the landing page, social posts, and emails. It does not include the cost of the giveaway item or shipping costs, which you are responsible for once the winner is confirmed.

Do I need Co-Pilot / does this automatically come with Co-Pilot?
This is a separate service that is not included with Co-Pilot and does not require a Co-Pilot subscription to run. 

Will you handle my new website giveaway (Launch Giveaway)? 

Not yet, but we recommend you launching your own "launch giveaway" to get accustomed to your Art Storefronts site. However, as we streamline more tasks for artists, this is something we may add later in 2024 for new members.

How does the Giveaway Assistant service align with the Art Marketing Calendar (AMC)? 

The Giveaway Assistant runs giveaways according to a strategic timeline aligned with the AMC. You'll have the ability to adjust the dates directly in your dashboard once they are set up, giving you flexibility while staying on course with the overall marketing strategy.

Will I have control over which art product is given away?

Yes, a product will be auto-selected for each giveaway based on your specified media type and cost parameters, but you have complete control to change this selection if you prefer to use a different piece from your collection.

How is the winner of the giveaway selected and notified?

At the end of each campaign, a winner is chosen at random by our system. We will send an email to the winner to notify them. Upon their response, you’ll place an order for the print and ship it to their provided address.

How will coordination for the giveaways be handled?

Our team will contact you several weeks before your first scheduled giveaway to ensure everything is set up to your satisfaction and to assist with any coordination. This a new service, so we appreciate your help and understanding while we work out the kinks. 

Are there any restrictions on the products that can be included in the giveaways? 

The giveaways will be limited to products that can be shipped through Art Storefronts to maintain a smooth fulfillment process.

Can you estimate the number of leads or emails each giveaway will generate?

The number of leads generated by each giveaway can vary and is largely influenced by the growth and engagement of your audience. While we can't provide exact numbers, our goal is to maximize your reach with each campaign.

Will the giveaways be promoted through my email list? 

No, giveaways shouldn't be sent to your email list unless it's your new website giveaway. To ensure we're helping you expand your reach, the giveaways will be promoted solely on social media and not through your existing email list, which represents leads you've already captured. 

Can I edit the giveaway tasks once they are in my dashboard?
 

Absolutely. All tasks related to the giveaway will appear in your dashboard, and you can edit the content, adjust the dates, or make other changes as you see fit to tailor the campaign to your brand.

Are there any limitations on how I can set the timeline for my giveaways?

To maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness, giveaways are scheduled according to a fixed timeline that starts in January and runs every other month. While you can't cluster multiple giveaways in a single month, you do have the flexibility to modify the dates once the tasks are visible in your dashboard.
