BUT HOW?

The ASF Marketing Team posts professionally designed and customized content on both your Instagram and Facebook accounts to keep your social presence primed for growth.

The best part is the service gets better and better the longer you're on it. We test and implement expert strategies based on 1000's of data points and feed the winners back into your game plan.

Each month, our leadership and expert marketing team designs the master "Art Marketing Strategy" which is based on decades of art ecomm experience, years of one on one campaigns with clients, and what has worked in the Art Marketing Calendar.

After that, our design team builds out the posts and creates descriptions designed to get engagement.

From there, your posts go through quality assurance (QA) and our team loads the posts into the Art Marketing Co-Pilot dashboard in your Art Storefronts site backend.

There you're able to see all posts and "toggle off" any that you don't want going out... but generally we recommend keeping everything on.

Next all of the posts get queued into Facebook and Instagram, hashtags and everything!

The best part is that all of the engagement data points, winning posts, and revenue numbers get piped back into the core strategy each and every month... making the service more effective as you continue on.

Even some of our top artists, like Bill Stidham, can use a hand with Art Marketing Co-Pilot because we're going to help maximize your product and audience potential in a consistent way.

    FAQs:

How do you come up with the content?

We start with templates from our research. We have a vast volume of data that allows us to identify the post types that work well for engaging your followers. The benefit of working with so many artists is that we find strategies that work. We deploy these strategies but the details are personalized for you. Every post is on by default, but you can veto it or edit it.

Can I still post on my accounts?

Absolutely! And we encourage you to post when you find inspiration. Several customers treat our service as a supplement to what they’re currently doing. We absolutely encourage you to add your own content that we won’t be able to produce (i.e. impromptu pictures and videos of you).

What should I be doing in addition to the Art Marketing Co-Pilot?

We’ll do the delegate-able tasks so that you have time to do the important things for your art goals. The best thing you can do is subject matter tests - experiment with your subject matter (we help a ton with that) You're going to bring a lot of creativity to the process. Also, any kind of creative posts, Reels, etc that we wouldn't be able to replicate always help out.

    Do you reply to comments?

We encourage you to reply to comments, as your time allows. It’s a good practice to welcome your new followers, especially if you’re still in the “under 1000 follower” stage to drive more engagement. A personal touch always goes a long way, but only if it’s a warm welcome, not an immediate sales pitch.

Will I get to approve the posts before they’re published?

Yes, you’ll have full editorial control. You’ll have a couple days to make edits before a post goes out, and will be able to access and follow scheduled posts anytime you wish on the backend of your site. You're welcome to "toggle off" any posts or edit them yourself. We don't do bespoke design or copy changes for you.

I don’t have an Instagram profile. Will you create it for me?

Creating and setting up social media accounts is the responsibility of each member, so this should be set up before we start with your service. It's important that you switch your Instagram / Facebook to a "business" account - we can help show you how to do this. Here's a video you can check out later.

    How do you choose hashtags?

Hashtags are chosen based on your art, niche, descriptions, and our previous experiences with what works well for each art piece. e.

How many leads will this generate?

Social posting alone is not a lead-generating marketing tactic. Consistent posting on social media is extremely important to growing a following on Instagram or Facebook. Posting consistently, however, takes up a lot of time and this is where this service comes in. We will take care of posting on social media on your behalf so you have more time to focus on other aspects of your business.

What kind of ROI (return on investment) will I get from this?

Your mileage may vary depending on where you're business is and your product potential. This service is specifically designed to free up your time to focus on other aspects of your business. Consistent high-quality content posted to your social media channels is invaluable in growing your social profile and following, but it alone does not bring you sales. Posting on your social media profiles is one of the key factors in keeping your audience interested and engaged, which further leads to converting the audience into future buyers, but there is a lot more work to be done for sales to happen.

When will the Art Marketing Co-Pilot start?

Posts can generally start going 2-3 weeks after signing up or, if you're new,  4-5 weeks after your site goes live.

    How will you actually post?

We post through your Art Marketing Co-Pilot section on your Art Storefronts Site Manager where all of this is managed. That’s where the marketing team is queueing up your posts and where you can make any modifications, if you want to. It’s all the same login, so it’s easy. There’s a button on the back where you authorize your FB and IG accounts and that way we can post on their behalf. It just takes two minutes.

Is this personalized or do you post the same thing for everyone?

We have a vast volume of data that allows us to identify the post types that work well for engaging your followers. The benefit of working with so many artists is that we find strategies that work. We deploy these strategies but the details are personalized for you.
