How do you come up with the content?

Most of our content is a derivative of what you've already posted on your website or provided us in our email communication. For a greater variety of posts, it is the client’s responsibility to inform us of additional requests and provide us with the imagery and information.

Will I get to approve the posts before they're published?

Yes, you'll have full editorial control. We will send you a link with the content for your approval and you will be able to access and follow scheduled posts any time you wish.

Why do you choose these hashtags? What is the strategy behind it?

The main goal of this service is to post content for you and to free up your time for other marketing activities. We do not create or share possible strategies as the scope of this service covers creating content and posting it for you on your social media profile(s). Hashtags are chosen based on your art, niche, and our previous experiences with what works well for each art piece. Sometimes they will be general for all art pieces as this is a part of our testing strategy, to make sure that the basic hashtags are useful. Later on, we might change these, but we need to cover the basics first and that sometimes takes longer than 30 days.

On my first month of Social Poster service, you started posting 7-10 days after I was charged. Does this mean I only get 2 weeks of posts?

As this service is more complex, naturally the setup can take some time (up to 7-10 days). It all depends on whether your Instagram account is set to a Business profile and if it is properly connected to your Facebook page. These connections are important and affect the start of our services. However late we start, we will post all scheduled posts for you, even if we have to extend this round of service onto the next billing cycle.

What is the time commitment?

There is a small-time commitment at the beginning with the intake survey. From there, it would just be approving the material and sending us additional images and information if you want to. Once we have your voice + trust, we can run without a lot of oversight.

Do I need to speak to an agent on a call?

To start this service all we need are your answers to the questions in the Intake form that we sent you and a little help when logging into your account(s). This service is quite an independent and “hands-off” service for our clients as our design and content creating team does all the work. There needs to be good email communication in order to create, edit and approve all posts in a timely manner.

Can I do this service if my website is not live?

Technically, yes, we can run the Social Poster without a live website, but as this is part of your marketing strategy, you do want to make sure that your followers know where to go if they are interested in your art. There is no point in posting on your social media accounts if the visitors have nowhere to go to purchase your art, so our advice is to properly set up your website and then start with this service.

I don’t have an Instagram profile. Will you create it for me?

Creating and setting up social media accounts is the responsibility of each client, so this should be set up before we start with your service, for other marketing reasons as well as for the realization of this service. You can also hire the Agency to create your social media accounts.

I’m also gaining new followers. Do I need to message them?

You do not have to do that but it is considered good practice to personally welcome your new followers, especially if you’re still in the “under 1000 follower” stage. A touch of personal always goes a long way, but only if it’s a warm welcome, not an immediate sales pitch. Be careful if you decide to contact your new followers, as this can easily backfire.

How many leads will this generate?

Social posting alone is not a lead-generating marketing tactic. Consistent posting on social media is extremely important to growing a following on Instagram or Facebook. Posting consistently, however, takes up a lot of time and this is where this service comes in. We will take care of posting on social media on your behalf so you have more time to focus on other aspects of your business.

What kind of ROI (return on investment) will I get from this?

This service is specifically designed to free up your time to focus on other aspects of your business. Consistent high-quality content posted to your social media channels is invaluable in growing your social profile and following, but it alone does not bring you sales. Posting on your social media profiles is one of the key factors in keeping your audience interested and engaged, which further leads to converting the audience into future buyers, but there is a lot more work to be done for sales to happen.

I heard that IG accounts get blocked because you have people log in from other countries. Will my account be blocked?

Your account is not at risk because we have team members that are working on your account from other countries. We have multiple ASF team members spread across the globe, and they work on a wide variety of teams here, including marketing, the agency, customer support, tech support, etc.

How will you actually post?

We need to log in through your account credentials as well as admin access to your page. Once your FB and IG are properly connected, we will connect them to our scheduler and start posting for you.
